Orders
An order placed through our website or WhatsApp is a request to purchase. We'll confirm final pricing, availability, and delivery details with you before your order is processed.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Ghana cedis (GHS) and may be updated from time to time. Approximate conversions into other currencies are shown for convenience only; payment is always processed in Ghana cedis. Where a price is shown as "Price on request," we will confirm the current price with you directly before you pay.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer and Mobile Money (which settle within Ghana), and by arrangement over WhatsApp. International customers arrange payment with us directly on WhatsApp. Payment details are confirmed before an order is dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Ghana and worldwide. Within Ghana, free delivery to the nearest bus stop may apply to applicable orders (for example, two or more items). Delivery fees for smaller orders and for international orders are confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp before you pay. Customers in Nigeria can contact our Lagos distributor on +234 806 371 9714 (call or WhatsApp).
